Sandra Simmons grew up in Beverly Hills, and is less than thrilled about her transfer to Reagan High last Fall. Her expulsion from Beverly Hills High is a sore topic, and if you bring it up, expect either evasion or a lot of yelling. She drives a silver, late-model Jaguar (when it's not in the shop) and has a smartass comment for any occasion. Sandra is a Junior.
Her parents, Brian and Monica Van Tassel, both work as film-studio executives. An only child, Sandra has a lot of time to herself in the family's sprawling Mission-style home in the Hills. She is an accomplished swimmer and diver and was on the swim team at Beverly, but has not tried out for the same at Reagan, yet.
